the angle, length and weight of the OnePlus 7 Pro lead to an off balance and it tends to easily fall backwards if you tip it. Easily fixed with some rubber spacers as shown in the image. A couple more at the bottom to let it not tip to either side of the charger plug. Works great now. Just line phone roughly up with the middle and it snaps in. Tilt away and move up when done to remove. Can't beat the price for this. It came with two extra plugs.update: It only works sporadically, maybe 20% of the time when I'm lucky to put it in the way it's happy with. Weird thing is that it starts showing that it's charging, then when I check later or in the morning it hasn't done anything. Disappointed.update: responsive and great customer care. shipping a replacement. Will report back about findings.replacement part works great, no issues after a couple weeks.

Enough space to accommodate a phone in a case.Turbo charges my Xiaomi 10T pro, the wifes iphone 11 & the kids Oneplus 8t.The Sikia spare tips and cords are NOT compatible with the dock tips.Another thing I would change, the cording to the dock is a tail, not detachable.This should be a standard A to C or A to mag tips like used with the base.Have not tried this as a dock to a laptop etc, so not sure if it will transfer data, but I suspect it will work.Sikai needs to add cables and additional tips to the 5A 3.0 ecosystem so you can provide the entire family usage in multiple places without the dock.We use the phones in the cars, around the house, traveling - ya know, life.We have found the ANT digital Gen10 cords use the same tips but lower amp rating, 3A, so they will work for fast charge but not turbo mode.

I've used Gen-X magnetic cables for a couple of years now but always used Qi wireless charging until I got my new Samsung Galaxy S10-lite (2020 edition) which doesn't have wireless charging, so my Qi cradles were worthless.Found this cradle and I love it. I did find that it doesn't work well on my wife's Oukitel with leather case, so depending on the case used on the phone, the phone may or may not fit the cradle without first removing the cover/case.

La verdad pensé que por su precio e imágenes este seria un excelente producto lo que resulto siendo lo contrario pues en verdad no funciona para nada, pongo cualquier celular a cargar y en vez de darle carga rápida o carga normal lo que hace es descargar el celular la verdad soy de los que poco califica mal las compras pero esta creo que merece una mala porque en realidad salió pésimo producto.

Worked great for a week but it stopped working for some reason. Even changing the tip it says ugged in but can't charge. It sucks because I really liked this charger.

Charger cable sticks to the phone and comes off when the phone is removed from the docking station...super aggravating. Also it does not charge near as fast as my traditional cable. Not impressed with the device.

Works pretty well. The tips that came with it fit snug in my phone and then the dock. Pro tip: this is compatible with the Volta charger tips. They are completely interchangeable for those wondering

the whole purpose of buying it, so it would be comfortable with their own cables , as it appears to be in the picture . But tip is different from the cable one .
