I have been using this for 15 years now, brilliant shade and leaves my hair with good texture.

I've bleached my hair for a long time and decided to try this to lighten my roots and brighten up my lengths.My natural hair is dark-medium brown, in any case a bit darker than is recommended for this product. My hair was in good condition before using this and is naturally curly, therefore can be a bit dry.I used 40vol peroxide with this and applied conditioner on hair areas that I didn't want the product to penetrate as much. I applied the mixture to the rest of my head and left it for about 40-50 minutes. After rinsing, I found it had lifted my roots decently but the lengths were comparatively grey. Hair felt in good condition after one application.After rinsing, I mixed up some more 12/81 and used weaker peroxide (10 vol mixed with 40vol). I applied a second time to my entire head for 20 minutes, and my roots lifted to a really nice platinum colour. After I rinsed my second application, I did a bleach rinse on my lengths that were a bit over-toned (a bit blue-grey looking), so just be aware of over-toning already bleached hair. The bleach rinse got rid of the over-toned look and my overall hair result was bright platinum.My hair was left in better condition than it would be with my regular bleaching routine. Normally I need to bleach twice and tone to get this result, so I am really pleased. It is still drying, but not as damaging as powder bleach.I'm impressed!

There was a small error during packaging. One of the hair dyes is not what I asked for. But I am satisfied because I love these products. Covers gray hair well.

Really happy I switched over to this dye my hair is super shiny and silky soft. I used to used xp100 and never got results like this . Even better the shade actually came out exactly what was in the picture. Super happy

Toner was great I mixed with 1.2 ratio of 9% 30vol left on for 10 mins took out all yellow tones(I am currently going blonde slowly from beight ginger) long process

Never used a dye like this before and normally just buy the shop box colours. Easy to mix and great grey coverage, will buy again.

Sono da 10 anni che acquisto questa tintura Wella koleston color 12/81 e posso dire di essermi trovata sempre molto bene:è un prodotto ottimo, si spande bene e non cola, schiarisce bene senza riflessi giallo arancio quindi dà un bel biondo freddo, lascia i capelli morbidi e lucidi, non fa bruciare il cuoio capelluto anche se superschiarente. Io lo uso insieme al l'ossigeno al 12% in proporzione una parte di tinta e due di rivelatore e dal tono 6(biondo scuro),arrivo tranquillamente al tono 10 biondo platino freddo lasciando in posa 60 minuti. Non ha un odore particolarmente forte. La spedizione è stata veloce e imballo perfetto.
