In line drain line float switch for AC
I bought this product along with AquaGuard AG-1200+ Horizontal Secondary Drain Pan 24v Safety/Float Switch and the rectorseal SS2 perpendicular drain (no such thing as too many safeties) all from Amazon. The SS1 was installed on the AC evaporator main drain line. Piped it in myself which was very easy along with the other drain pan and float switches. I have a second floor home with furnace in the attic. However, I had someone else wire it in since my install has zone dampers and "add a wire" so not the friendliest install. The aquaguard AG1200 I put in my furnace pan to prevent overflow of my attic space. The ss2 I put in the secondary drain pan. So if any of these were to overflow they will shut my AC/furnace down to prevent property damage. I would highly recommend any of these products to protect your property as they all work very nicely for my application. Worth every penny for that moment you hope never comes.

A/C drainage alarm switch
This product replaces a defective magneticly operated switch of the same manufacturer. Installation was straightforward and the normally closed contacts of the sensor restored the proper functioning of the A/C system.

Nice replacement
Had the float switch fail on our HVAC and long story short a service call later and I decided to replace this switch myself (saved me over $200)! This is a normally closed and opens on over level.

Filled my need
Exact replacement for the original unit installed on my air handler. Thanks to my service guy for telling me about it and letting me source and install it myself. Saved a lot.

Does what it is supposed to.
10 minute install. Hardest part was removing the panels from the air handler. Works as expected. Replaced a failed switch that resulted in water overflow on to ceiling.

Works great
It is easy to install and works as desribed. In the video you can see the float. When I pull it out and lift up the float the a/c stops.
