Tastes like normal sugar
Tastes like normal sugar. cooks like normal sugar. Zero aftertaste, like normal sugar. Perfect for adding a bit to coffee or tea. In higher doses, it's a laxative of absolutely scary speed and effectiveness. In hind sight, using this to bake muffins was a mistake.......

Do you want sorbitol? Because this is sorbitol.
Purchased this because I needed sorbitol. This sorbitol takes the form of small, dry, mostly-circular grains. Comes in a sturdy, resealable container. Not much else to say.

Artificial non-sweetener.
Is this really a sweetener? Because it doesn't make things sweeter. And because sorbitol, if this IS sorbitol, can be a strong laxative if you use too much, I can't just increase the amount. It doesn't make things taste bad; it seems to make them a little salty, and and that may be just my imagination. Won't buy this again. I know they say the FDA doesn't regulate "supplements" at all, but how is one to know what they're getting.
