disapointed in the length
The product is well built and easy to install but picture is very deceptive. looks like the arms are much longer than they actually are. Otherwise it would rate a five. will not even hold a towel without folding over the edge.

Picture Deception
We like the rack for its easy install and sturdiness however, picture is deceiving. I agree with other reviews on that. I saw one in the RV park that had longer arms so I ordered it based on that RVs display. Was shocked to see the arms are only 12 inches long. Need to update your pic folks!! We are keeping it for its convenience of hanging anything on hangers. Can put 2-3 hangers on each arm and still get good air flow.

Be careful....product description doesn’t actually tell you what size the arms are. But product picture leads you to believe they are longer than the 12” arms that came with this order. Will be returning.

It is not what it appears to be
The picture is very misleading. We were expecting to hang our beach towels on it. They definitely don’t fit. It is handy to hang our bathing suits on it but that is not what we were looking for.

Size
I didn’t realize the CL -12 in product name was actually the length of the arms. It’s too small for holding towels or shirts. It is good for hanging a few items in hangers. I did read product description before purchase. No length was mentioned. I felt cheated. The picture shows towels hanging.

Really comes in handy when traveling in an RV
Very convenient We wish the arms were a little longer, but overall we like it. We got the idea from another RVer! Definitely recommend!

Smaller racks than pictured.
Super easy to install but the rails are way shorter than the listing shows. The photos show multiple towels on one rack and I really don’t think one will fit without folding it. It will still work but it doesn’t look like the pictures.
