Help with anger management?

It was a blessing when I heard of GABA. I could not fall asleep and when I did I woke up several times, three or four times. During the day anxiety episodes as well as nervous anger were interfering with my activities. GABA, one or two chewed to a powder then swallowed, within a few minutes brought a calm feeling. I will never be without it. There is one bottle in the bath and one in the kitchen.

Is the gaba in synthetic form?

To my knowledge non synthetic GABA is called Pharma GABA. It is produced with the help of Lactobacillus hilgardii just like a process that could naturally happen in our gut. I do like the formula of this product but think I will skip it because they do not specify which form of GABA it is.

I have had the peppermint of these and couldn't deal with the taste. Do the orange taste any better?

The orange are very tasty and mild. I’ve never tried the peppermint but I tend to not like peppermint, it’s too strong. These ones do not have any extreme taste, just light and citrus.

Are these third party tested?

I don't know the answer to your question. They work for me. Take under tongue at bedtime. It helps to calm me down and sleep comes.
