There are no instructions. If you are a first time user, you'll need to find instructions on the internet or Youtube (for any model, they are all similar). Mine arrive without butane but I had ordered refill butane and refilled it. It takes a few clicks to start but works well after. I'll likely order another to compare this brand to but I used the torch on three poured paintings. The dial for flame control is a little less precise than I'd like but I feel like this was a decent value. It does lose of Butane when refilling.

Much easy to use. Use it for all kinds of small jobs in my house and work, not limit for cooking. Love the flame adjustment, I can lower or raise the flame and after press the continue button. I can keep the flame on without holding press the trigger.By the way, the customer service was impeccable. When I received this torches(It arrived at the same time as the butane I bought online), I can't wait to use it. I ask the after sale support how to use it and they respond me quickly. It works well, easy to fill, as advertised.The packaging also very suit for as a gift, love it. Would buy it again as my friends' gift.

The media could not be loaded.  First one filled with butane (usual process, pressing butane lighter refill cylinder tip into opening on lighter, with lighter bottom facing up), operated per instruction diagrams, does not light. Contacted seller who sent a replacement but same experience. Cannot understand what could account for this other than a product defect in both of these.ADDENDUM: After applying the answer to one of the questions (valve fully “off” to fill with butane), the second torch lights and functions fine. The first still does not.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this torches so much. Sturdy and durable. It's very easy to fill, bought the butane with a long nozzle from the hardware store. Also very easy to use. Press the child resistance button and then press the trigger. I like the safety feature because if you haven't press it the torch will can't be used. This prevents children from playing it. You can press the continuous button while holding the trigger and the flame will stay on.The flame is powerful.Exactly what I wanted, and at a great price. Can't wait to use it to crisp meat and make cream brûlée! Would highly recommend！

It’s hard to complain when you consider how affordable this product is. I bought it for dabbing and it has done its job quite well. Easy to refill, easy to adjust. The adjustment knobs and buttons are definitely a little cheap feeling, but they still do their job!

Does it’s job but not well. the flame is not steady unless it is super high and it will only start if the flame is high. i have to keep restarting it and turning it down but if i turn it down to low it hoes out. should have better range and stability of flames

It’s a perfect kitchen torch. Doesn’t take much space which is an issue in cook’s kitchen with various appliances and dishes. It’s easy to use. Well worth the money. Love ours.

I love this little blow torch! It's my first one that I've ever used and it didn't come with any kind of instructions so I watched 1 You Tube video just to make sure I felt comfortable with it. After that, no problem. It was super easy to add the butane and I tried something simple like torching a marshmallow. Way easier than I thought it would be.
