Embrilliance StitchArtist Level 3 Digitizing Embroidery Software for Mac & PC

It’s a good software but there is no automation. If you’re accustomed to Illustrator, you’ll be able to manage learning this. It takes some getting used to that the controls are different but it’s got the same functions such as pen tool with bezels & layers. Considering the next major software that’s more advanced is like $4k, this software is good. If you’re not that great with computers or learning new software, you will really struggle with this software.

The tools in the program so easy and simple to use . Anybody can learn digitizing from the YouTube videos of Embrilliance simple ,easy and fun . Love it

Not easy to learn, but with time, and lots of it, you can get by. It has some really great features. Can’t wait to invest more time to learn the software.

Amazing software. Already worth every penny. I regret not making this purchase years ago.

Hard to figure out no instructions

I have been very impressed with this software so far. I am very new to the whole embroidery thing, but I wanted the freedom to be able to create my own designs and so far this software has been the best!! I have used photoshop a lot and I feel this is kinda similar functioning, so I have been able to learn it fairly easy. Plus there are a ton of very helpful YouTube videos that can get you started. My first design was of my challenger that I did on just a piece of fabric and it turned out very nice in my opinion! Still a lot to learn, but I think this software is a perfect tool to continue advancing!!

The product itself I love. The low rating is rated because of their Customer Services. After much frustration and using Google I did discover how to add it to my Essentials. However, you should include this information along with the CD case to let people know this important information. As well, a manual should come with your product. Asking a customer to find a download for the manual is beyond professional with sales. Put yourself in place of your customer. If you purchased a rather expensive item and it came without instructions or a manual, would you be pleased with your purchase? I am sure this would cause you much aggravation as it did me as well as others I have read about during my internet search for information on my purchase. As well, when I pay them over $800.00 for two programs, I should not have to do internet research to find out how to install the program. I find this as your Customer Service lacking in professionalism in the products in which they sell. In my opinion, customer service is 90%of a sale! Please take my criticism as a helpful suggestion to gain more customers. This purchase, could very well influence my future purchases from them.
