Smart Wristband, T5 Sports Fitness Bracelet, No Need to Install app

Awful!!! Bought 2, one for each kid for xmas. Been charging and retrying over and over, but there is definitely no consumer error here. One has never worked at all. The other has been set and it flashes and goes back to default settings repeatedly til we get sick of it, recharge, and try again. I could say I got what I paid for, but considering neither one has worked for even a day, these are total junk. Wish we had guven up sooner and returned. DO NOT BUY

I received this product promptly, it came with the wristbrand and the instructions as stated in the description. Set up was extremely easy, all I did was remove the white piece inside the rubber, plugged it into my computer and let it charge, after reading the directions for set up, it took me under a minute to get everything set up. Tracked my steps all day, time held current, I liked how it showed how many calories had been burned and how much time I had spent active overall. The number are very bright and easily seen through the rubber wristband, this product didn't make my wrist sweat, easy to care for. Charging time did not take very long and has lasted all day! Would recommend this product for anyone needing something simple to track steps or calories burned. It also fits nicely around my wrist, and doesn't seem to get caught up on things, was easily fastened with no help.

My son loved this at first, but he keep it on his wrist. His wrist is way to small to fit it. But it did hold a charge for a long time, I believe it was about a week before the battery died.

We bought this to see how many steps my 8 year old gets in a day. We have to keep resetting the time over and over. The steps don't seem to be right either. We wanted to like it but it just doesn't function well. Too bad, cause its really cute.

Horrible product. Purchased two of these for each of my kids bc they wanted to be like me. (They’re 4&6) i chose these because they were cheap and didn’t have to be synced with anything. I have to say, when they worked, they were perfect for my boys. The battery lasted a very long time but after the first charge, the band would no longer count steps no matter what i did. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. The second order worked until battery died and then it wouldn’t even charge at all no matter how long i left it on charger or what charger i put it on. Again, i contacted the company and they sent a replacement. We will see how long these last. I should note my boys aren’t hard on them, never get them wet, and honestly barely used them (another reason i chose cheap ones) all in all i give the product 1 star but the customer service gets 5...

Perfect for a child inexpensive and simple for them. My daughter wanted to copy cat me but I didn't want to spend all that money when she doesn't need all the features a grown up needs.

The band is terrible. The white press-in piece that holds the band together broke within a month.Update: iGank contacted me and provided a replacement band and spare white press-in piece. Good to know they stand behind their product.

I bought this for my 9 year old son and he loves it! It is a great way to help support time and health awareness without breaking the bank for a Fitbit or an Apple watch for a child. Even if it only lasts a couple months, is stolen or gets broken, it's a well-priced item. I do wish the clasp were made a bit better. The manufacturer must already be aware of this, since they provide 2 extra white clasps / holding posts. It could be improved if those were made of metal, rather than the plastic. It definitely would worth a couple dollars more with that. The battery life seems to be great. My son has been wearing it for the last 4 days and is still over 50% battery.
