Also wish it came with stationary feet so my chair stays planted though the wheels donโt move easily I just like to feel stationary being I stay in one spot at my desk. The arm rest are very nice though just a tad wide if you have short arms like me, the back support focuses more on the lower middle of your back and the upper just below your shoulders and is very supportive and never leaves me feeling stiff. Goes pretty low to the ground more than Iโd ever need, and relatively high, higher than Iโd ever need. A tilt lever instead of the circular dial to tilt the back support is the only improvement Iโd recommend though it works great once itโs tuned the tuning is just a small hassle( have to stand up bend down and turn the dial with quite a bit of force where as handle would allow you to open the movement then release handle where you want it to stay. Great chair would get 5 of 5 if there was a tilt bar. Great Chair, EXACTLY what description reads! Review: Wish I coulld give it 4.5 stars... - This chair is great! Just not amazing for the price. The main reason I wont give it a full 5 is because tilting back is really hard to do. It does tilt its just that you have to put force into it. Much more than you would when just leaning back. You literally have to try. The knob underneath doesnt do anything. It just turns. In a previous chair it madeit easier or harder to tilt. In this char it does nothing. Everything else works great. It's comfortable for hours of use. A buddy even told me its better than his $180 chair. Although I had one I bought from costco for just a little more than this one that tilted and was just as comfortable. I believe that one was only $20 more in an actual store. So probably the same price as this one online.

I really like this chair
I just started working from home and I love this chair. It wasn't the easiest to put together for a single person, but I was ultimately able to with no remaining issues. Everything about the chair is great - comfort, swivel factor, armrests down or armrests up. Very good chair overall. I do think it has one drawback, but it's just a personal preference. I love to sit cross legged in chairs after being in one position for too long. This chair is not conducive to that. But I've found workarounds so it's not that big a deal. I just save that for the couch now!

Best chair Iโve ever purchased
Best chair Iโve ever purchased, Iโve got a really bad back and I could honestly sit in the chair for hours upon hours. Itโs very comfortable...very easy to build and the service from the seller was awesome. Had a few questions and they responded pretty quickly! Great chair overall very satisfied!

Should last as long as I want to use it, but...
I wouldn't buy this chair again. On the plus side, it is sturdy and well made, adjusts up and down, has reliable wheels, and has a rocking function if that's important to you. The negative is that it has no adjustment for moving the back rest forward/back, and at 5'9" I'm too tall to sit it in it comfortably with my thighs supported. If you need and want constant and fairly extreme lumbar support, then this may work for you. For myself, this chair would be great IF I could adjust the back to allow my butt to plant comfortably on the seat. That's not an option for this otherwise sturdy and economical chair.

Solid Chair - It Does Tilt Back!
I purchased this and received it yesterday. I had read numerous reviews about how the chair doesn't really tilt back (at least not without an uncomfortable amount of force) despite saying it does. Well, it took a bit of experimentation, but I finally got mine to tilt with just moderate force. The adjustment knob that increases or decreases the tilt tension is extremely difficult to turn. I had adjusted as far as I thought it could go while sitting in the chair and reaching under and the tension still required a stable footing and an ab workout. But I turned the chair upside down, and using two hands and brute force, was able to rotate the knob a great deal more. This isn't a simple turn it to one side or the other a few degrees -- this is turn the knob 10+ full revolutions. Eventually, the silver "screw" in the center of the knob (see picture) will be well below the level of the knob - as delivered, it was pretty close to the same level as the knob. At this point, the chair easily rocks back (remember to have the adjustment lever pulled out towards the side of the chair to allow tilt / rock). My one disappointment with the chair (which I feared reading other reviews) is now fixed, as it now rocks and tilts easily -- it just takes some brute strength and a *lot* of revolutions of the adjustment knob!

Durable
This is a comfortable computer chair I sit in it for hours no back strain but everyone is different... I like the fact the arm rests can move up and down... move them out of your way or use them to relax your arms... great chair

Like this one so much I ordered one for my daughter and husband (drafting model)
Like this one so much I ordered one for my son and husband. Update: after a few years of using this chair my son and I developed sciatica and found the way the seat is built presses on the nerve. We have replaced our chairs and the nerve issues have gone away.
