Smartest purchase I have ever made!!
This has got to be one of the best purchases I have ever made. The money I have saved since discovering this is crazy. I used to spend around $40 every 6-8 weeks replacing ink. I bought this a year ago and still have plenty left. It is really unbelievable the value of this product. No more worrying about running out of ink. I can print any and everything I want. I did have to learn how to convert my no-refillable cartridges into re-fillable ones but I did it and I am so happy that I did! If you are thinking about doing the same, DO IT, I promise you will not be sorry!!

Saved me hundreds
We've been doing virtual school and working from home for 2 years now. I was going through SO MANY CARTRIDGES! I did have to google some "how to" videos, but once I had it figured out, it's a pretty quick process.

No directions
No printed instruction guide with mine. They should take that off the description. Refered to their website, but site is inactive. So went on YouTube and found relevant video to do the job. I got some ink in there, but printer still indicates low ink. I think the product is working. They need to fix above issues.

Not as described. Parts missing.
I have not refilled a cartridge as yet. Just received today. Not as shown in ad. Only received the 3 bottles of ink and drill. No syringes or needles. These are 30ml bottles but according to Canon each color in the ink tank holds 3ml of ink. When you refill you have to be very careful you don't overfill. The bottles do come with a very thin, needle like cap that will fit in the hole you drill. Cheap enough so I won't bother to send back. Will buy another brand next time.
