This is better than brand name KT tape, last a for close to a week when I tape my knee and works just as well!

I tried this because I am a runner with plantar fasciitis issues. My PT had put the brand name KT tape on me, but when it was time to change it, I tried this. I am very pleased with how well it works. It stays in place even with showering. I have nothing negative to say about it. Would definitely buy again, even though it’ll be a while. It’s a nice pack of 3!!!!

I bought this because I have issues with my knee. I do wish the strips were smaller. I have short legs and waste tape because I have to trim them down a bit. The only thing I did not like is that the adhesive stays on my skin for a while. I didn't notice it at first but it was a couple days after I removed it and I was getting out of the shower and little black dots were on my leg. I figured it out by the pattern of the dots, that it was left over adhesive. I do use alcohol to remove the tape because it rips my skin if I don't.But the tape works, so I'm pretty happy. Now I can work out and go on hikes with much less pain.

I am FINALLY able to be mobile! This tape is wonderful! I use it on both of my historical knees 😆 so they're stable while I finally do my own yard work again. Honestly, pain free!!! In my knees anyway! I HIGHLY recommend this! Watch a tutorial on exactly how to apply it to your area of concern. It's very helpful.

Wife had issues with her feet wanting to roll in wards and doc recommended this stuff and we'll, it's actually helping so far. Also it stays put, no issues with it peeling off.

Some colors stuck better than others. Some were peeling down my leg is a couple of hours, even if I was doing very little.

This tape is a great value and works wonderfully. I am able to tape my knee and it stays put for several days.
