All of the Pixel Tactics decks are great so far
What a big game in a little package! All of the Pixel Tactics decks are great so far. The cards have many different uses, depending on the position you choose to use them on. Lots of fun for tactical/strategic thinkers. It is very well balanced and has a lot of replayability. This has very quickly become one of my favorite games. The folded poster rulebook/playmat is a pain, everything else is excellent.

Good game - but takes forever.
The game is fun. But it is NOT a 30 minute game! Took us more like 2 hours the first time we played, could MAYBE get down to an hour for a 1 round game (supposed to play best 2/3) once we learned the game better. This is a big deal for us since we only have about an hour after kids go to bed and chores get done to do ANYTHING - that includes me taking a shower. So a quick game is all we can play right now!

Boring powers equals boring game.
I liked pixel tactics 1&2. This is aweful. They obviously ran out of good powers and started coming up with and the ones they have are just a complicated mess of boring. Skip this one.

Great starter game
Great game if you don't like the idea of collecting cards for your deck. 90% strategy 10% luck medium difficulty.

Quick, Fun, and Easy to Pick Up
Recently bought this and I absolutely love it. It's a perfect quick little game to play with just you and a friend. My wife and I were looking for something two-players that would be something relatively easy to learn and found this. Couldn't recommend it more.
