Easy to use and they do seem to work but we have really hard water and have to rinse it out and scrub the kettle still every week

SQUASHED BUT CHEAP
Have just received them, all squashed in the post. Will need a good rinse before using. Hopefully will work. I did see identical in Robert Dyas over 200% more in price than I paid on Amazon
