Pariani 100% Pure Unsweetened Hazelnut Paste from Italy 180 Gram

This paste requires stirring the same way some peanut butter does. After you stir it the first time, you will be on your way to pure joy. The flavor is intense and clean. None of the eight jars I have purchased so far had any old nuts/oil flavor to it. The texture is silky, mostly liquid (imagine a nice sauce) and blend PERFECTLY in my latte. I’m now able to enjoy the best Hazelnut Bianco Latte at home. Better than at any Starbucks Reserve Bar. I also mixed it with a simple fior di latte gelato and enjoy a hazelnut gelato at home. I highly recommend it!

Pariani nut pastes are the absolute gold standard. I use the hazelnut and pistachio to make gelato. My results equal anything I have ever had. Outstanding product!

Do not buy it. It's just a liquid not a paste as it says in description.

A must have flavor for your repertoire of flavorings. Flavor ice creams, crème anglaise, souffles, butter cream, mousse etc. Very fine texture, hazelnuts are roasted for a deep flavor, perfect compliment in combination with moka or Belgian chocolate. Not what you would want to use on your toast.

It is good quality. I used it to mix with chocolate yo make gianduja iced cream/ gelato and it was great.

Really good quality hazelnut paste. Arrived on time just as expected. Great for pralines or any other use without the trouble of ruining your blender's motor. There was a decent amount of fractioning into paste and hazelnut oil that allowed me to control the amount of liquid fat I wanted to add to my dish. Great flavor.

After having read the reviews, including the bad ones, I took a chance and bought the product, anyway. Definitely heed my warning and take note of the lower starred reviews. I should've listened to them, but instead, I figured maybe it wouldn't happen to me... but it did. After painstakingly mixing the product with a special knife made for mixing nut butters (which isn't that great and also purchased on Amazon's vast online store of useless crap), and carefully attempting to prevent any oil spilling all over the jar (I did this over the sink), it was still mostly liquid. Having had some experiences with nut butters remaining in a more liquid state after mixing thoroughly (this is the first time buying a nut paste), I put the jar in the fridge and hoped for the best... but definitely didn't expect the worst, as the next day, I opened the jar to see how the paste looked and it was still in a liquid state. And the flavor was barely there when I used it in a ganache, which was disappointing. Too bad you can't return it, but I'll definitely note for the future NOT to purchase from this brand. I'll try Callebaut in the future.

Il gusto ricorda vagamente il burro di arachidi ma questa pasta di nocciola è molto amara in confronto bisogna dosarla magari in aggiunta di creme alle nocciole come ho fatto
