### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does not fit Echo 4

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works for Echo Gen 5 with USB Power Delivery charger.
*by B***K on 14 July 2025*

I bought this to power an Amazon Echo Gen 5. The thing to note about this device is that it is sensitive to the type of charger you use. To give 12V it needs a charger that responds to the request for extra voltage. These are called USB Power Delivery (USB PD) chargers. Fortunately I have one of those so it works perfectly. Cable is very short but for my needs that is actually ideal. I actually have a two pin european PD charger inside my bathroom cabinet and use the alexa to start my shower and play music.
