Very happy with the sofa bed, good storage very firm to start, but it is now getting softer the more it gets sat on so it was probably a good thing it was so firm when first arrived, easy to put up the bed and looks good, happy with purchase.

Had to get it tested for two months before giving my review. It went to the game room where boys could stay in if they are playing till late.First of- the CUSTOMER SERVICE is definitely proactive. Within 20minutes of pressing the buy button, they called me to arrange the delivery. We were all set for a Friday (Good Friday) delivery in the morning, which was 2 days from the time I ordered. I was sooo excited as it wasn’t expected. That afternoon, the delivery man called that they have a slot free in the morning, got a bit surprised, but because it was a school day, I didn’t want to mess up our usual morning and asked to delay it a bit till school run is done. Customer service helped me to ensure that the delivery will be smooth.DELIVERY - the delivery 2 men team were direct from Honeypot and they were in their uniform. They were so efficient in assembling the sofa. They made it look easy when I know if it was left with me and hubby it would take us hours. There were hidden bolts that they know and where they were and were spot on punching through on them. The bolts secure the units together. Take note (and it’s written) that they cannot take the wrappings with them but they will stack them up neatly where your want them.Use: One of my boys just decided he’d use the sofa and occupy the play/game room (given we got the PS5at the same time this arrived) as his temporary bedroom. He was so pleased with the firmness of the sofa mattress when he actually has a Simba mattress in his room.Look- very sleek, trendy and clean. Fits the feel of the game room (around it is a racing chair and game consoles).Just hope that if we (hopefully we won’t) need after sales service they are as efficient and positive as this experience.

The quality fits the price. We have a similar L shaped couch that cost us three times what this one did and it's definitely superior but this one is decent - sturdy, looks nice, comes with a bunch of pillows and have loads of storage space. Additionally, it's been delivered early. I received a text with delivery window a day before and live tracking link the day of delivery. Two nice lads delivered and assembled the couch in the room of choice, which was up the stairs.

Got this delivered last week , here are pros:1. It looks like a very sturdy sofa ( with bed) so I am hoping it will last long2. Same as what was shown on website3. Delivery on promised date & two men delivered and assembled it on my Living room4. Nice Looking , gives an edge to my living room5. Enough seats & Comfortable for seating6. Very nice & good conversion to Bed7. You may feel it bit very hard & not comfortable for sleeping but I would overcome it by placing a Duvet on it before sleeping .If it was very soft, it wouldn't have been comfortable for sitting which is it's main use .I am very happy with it. Go for it !!!Cons : Nothing as such , I just hope that it lasts long.

In the Amazon advert, they advertise a quality better than Chinese products they are hard as rock with poor quality that break easily like mine and several other feedback negative you find even here but worst than the quality of the customer service if you consider the below reply when you ask for the 5 years warranty: "As your furniture is now older than 6 months, in order to progress your complaint you will need to arrange for the products to be inspected by an individual furniture repair company.We highly recommend using C**** Group.They will inspect the furniture for manufacturing faults and provide a full report on their findings.You can either contact them directly or we can book the inspection for you. If you would like us to book it for you we will need to collect the inspection fee which is £72 inclusive of VAT (Retailer discounted price).Booking directly through C****. Group may come at a higher cost.If any manufacturing faults are found, we will at first attempt a repair. If a repair is not possible we will look into alternative options to resolving any outstanding issues.In the event of manufacturing faults being discovered from the inspection, Honeypot Furniture will reimburse the cost of your inspection fee. Honeypot kept me informed about delivery, at every stage, and were very pro-active.Delivery drivers were superb, i had not readied the area when delivery was made, and they worked around that, even helping to a degree, which was as much as they could do and greatly appreciated.Offered to assemble the furniture, which i declined as the area was not ready, great service, not often seen.Sofa is built well, spacious and looks very good quality, it has gained the doggy seal of approval from my pet, who sleeps on it every night. The fabrics look like they will be resistant to wear, and seem very durable.The bed when laid out is huge and comfortable, the L shaped sofa is a dream and looks great.Easy to convert to the bed, and compliments our limited space.Very happy with service and quality, and would recommend going forwardGood storage options, under the seating.

Low quality but it does the job.

Great sofa. In the beginning it was hard to sit on (as brand new) but after a couple of days was softened. Easy to converting to a bed and good storage space underneath. It was delivered and assembled by the company staff that were very quick and kind. Generally happy with the purchase. Good value for money.
