This product only comes with one side shim
I ordered this product to solve the height difference between one room (carpet) and a newly tiled bathroom (28mm difference). The product looks like it would do the job, but I haven't installed it yet because the order only comes with one side shim and I need two! My fault for not realising before I ordered, but frustrating nonetheless - especially I couldn't then just buy one side shim separately through Amazon so had to go a completely different online retailer.Before ordering I was little worried by other reviews - stating that the items arrived broken, and that they were no better than 'cardboard'. My item was well packaged, with sturdy supports down both lengths to stop the corners from being broken in transit - that said though, one of corners at the narrow side is slightly bent/broken (I assume this probably happened prior to being packaged (as there was do damage to the supports). The product is made from mdf so a thin version would seem little more than cardboard - but as I said at the start, this product should do the job.
