They work great
I almost returned them because I thought they would be better without a seam. I made little cream horns using puff pastry. I put lubricated them with crisco. The seam proved useful and allows a little give when squeezed thus the puff pastry slid off nicely. I like these!

Cream horns
I have used these many times and I love them. I spray them with Pam before use or they will stick to your dough. They clean very easily and the little brush gets off what doesnβt just wipe off . Very satisfied with this purchase.

Pretty big
Couldn't find the smaller version of these for making cream horn cookies so I got these and only wrapped the puff pastry half way up.. still pretty large. Would be great for a bakery who makes giant cream horns. I rubbed a light coat of oil on them first, most horns pulled right off. They are cut up the side so a little trick I quickly figured out was to punch them, making the horn thinner so it pulled out easily. Only issue is that you have to stretch them back open if you do this.

my second order
This is my second order. I love making cream horns using puff pastry. These are just the right size and are easy to use. They make it so easy. I do wish the cleaning brush was a bit larger. Puff pastry is made with butter and it tends to pool inside the mold.

work well, easy, a little hard to seperate
One of my favorite authors describes a dessert called passion cones in a book. It doesn't say much about what they are but I decided to make a recipe as I imagined them with pastry puff cones, whipped cream, and raspberry compote. I got these cones to help make them and they worked pretty well! The puff pastry cooked well, it wasn't hard to remove the cones, and while there were a few spots I needed to scrub mostly the pastries came off cleanly. The hardest part was separating them initially, I needed pliers for a few. Would recommend.
