Installed several EZShelves in a storage closet to hold slide carousels, cameras and excess stereo components. All seem neat and well supported. The customer service was phenomenal. David the owner was always accessible, and although the second shelf was a breeze, we had a few questions on the first shelf that he talked us through with patience and humor. In addition, we had made a miscalculation in measurement, as we hadn’t considered the thicknesses of the end brackets when ordering the poll lengths. David cheerfully provided us with the appropriate poles, and we received them the very next day. My husband and I felt this level of accommodation and service has become almost extinct in this day and age. Many vendors are done with you or are very difficult to access after they’ve cashed your check. We have already recommended this product and this particular vendor to friends and neighbors in our community and are combing our home for more places to install EZShelves.Linda S.

This unit was super easy to install in my laundry room... I did it myself with no help and it was a breeze. I recommend watching the video before installation. They are much sturdier and more secure than those wire shelves you get at the store. Happy with this product!

Wish the hanging bar was a little farther out from the back of closet

The end bracket doesn't hold enough tension, and the 6 tubes (5 for shelves and 1 for hanging rod) pop out repeatedly. The seller's suggestion to use soap or oil did not help. After finally getting the unit to seem tight, the whole thing loosened again within 24 hours. Our current effort is using bungee cords and gorilla glue. Would not buy again and am considering discarding the $200 unit for something I would have more trust in. UPDATE. The shelving has popped loose and fallen apart after less than 4 months.

I ordered the Closet Organizer Kit up to 12.2 feet long to fit an odd-sized closet. This is really two shelves connected by bracket in the middle. I was looking for a clothes pole with a shelf that was adjustable and also sturdy and that’s what I got. The templates helped place the screws correctly, but it was still a little tricky for me to install. The hardest part for me was tapping the steel poles into the brackets, even though I followed the instructions to apply oil to pole ends and use a hammer to tap them into place. When I was done, I was pleased with how sturdy the shelf was. When I first got the order, one shelf was missing from the box, but their customer support was quick to respond and ship the missing pieces.
