Amazing customer service
I had ordered this bracket because I have a really long walk in closet where the end side wall isn't big enough to mount to, so I needed to have it hanging, and I got a call from customer service asking if I ordered the wrong bracket, because they could see in my order history that I had ordered a different type of shelf.Turns out I had ordered the wrong bracket, and they swapped my order for the correct part with no charge! Saved me a lot of hassle!

Strong end bracket
I needed to support the 72" shelf at one end with with this bracket. The bracket is expensive but made of quality plastic that it's strong. All nesesary hardware is included.

Love it! I use it in my new home ...
Love it! I use it in my new home office to hold heavier supplies such as reams of paper, folders, and envelopes. It's very sturdy and recommend it to anyone. The only con is that it was difficult to screw into the wall anchors and my husband and I took turns to give each other's hands a break because we don't have an electric screwdriver (I would definitely recommend using one for this shelf!).
