Pretty fun challenges
These are pretty fun and challenging. Sometimes we'll fill up entire notebook pages of equations and such trying to come to an answer and it's SO satisfying when we finally do. Surprisingly most of the puzzles and questions are unique, though some of them are rehashes of typical brain teasers. We've burned through about half of the box(50 cards) and my only qualm is that some of the cards are downright impossible. There have been a couple cards that are so esoteric and abstract that I couldn't possibly imagine anyone coming to that conclusion using any kind of logic. After trying at it until frustrated and at my wit's end, I'd read the answer and shout 'oh give me a break'. And interestingly these ones weren't even rated hard. (there is a difficulty point rating on each card, goes from 1-8) This has only happened on a couple cards so no big deal. The box is attractive, sturdy and handy(hey, bad packaging can really be annoying). It comes with a timer so that you can race your friends or play some game, but even the low point cards usually take us more than the time allows. All in all, if you're into puzzling and challenging your thinking powers then you'll get your monies worth in fun.
