What size do they come in i wear a size 9.5 shoe do you have to tear the soul out of your shoe and do you have to put it back in

This is a super item. I have "drop foot" and they are a lifesaver ...much more comfortable that the expensive ortho prescibed lace-up contraptions. You will place your foot on top of the strong poly frames and trace around your toes so that it will fit only into YOUR shoes. Do NOT remove your shoe liners. In fact, after I insert these into my shoes, I place padded/cushioned inserts that are custom made for my feet. I have worn these every day for many, many months. They are inexpensive .. tough ..and they work!

To the person who said he buys 1 size bigger -- is that 1 size or 1/2 size? So you buy 2 pairs of shoes or wear a shoe that's too big on other foot?

Lol, no I just buy a size bigger. A full size. But I used to braces one reach leg. Half the size might work OK. You’ll have to experiment. Wear the brace into the shoe store and see how it fits into what size shoe.
