This is one. It takes a month or two for this supplement to change your health in a way you can relate to other people. It helps reduce calcium deposits in your veins and arteries and joints, as well as reduce osteoperosis. I can say it has changed my health for the better over the last three months. My blood pressure has dropped, and calcium deposits in my shoulders have been eliminated and this is the only change I've made in my diet.
