Big SkinnyMetro Leather Bi-Fold Slim Wallet, Holds Up to 20 Cards, Black

Bought this wallet for my boyfriend and he loves it! It's durable, simple yet fashionable and most important of all so much slimmer than your average wallet. He really likes how it's lightweight yet efficient to fit all his monies and cards. 5 stars all the way!

Leather adds a bit of class over just a nylon version. Holds plenty of cash, receipts, and cards.

This wallet is very nice. It's one tweak away, IMO, from being great -- even perfect -- for people who want an ultra-low-profile leather wallet.That tweak is this: currently, there are four inward-facing card pockets, two with clear ID windows. The front pockets (w/ID windows) go all the way to the outer edge of the wallets. The rear pockets also go all the way to the outer edge. This is bad. The back pockets tend to allow their contents to settle behind the contents of the ID pockets, where a) you can't see them, and b) they aren't spread out for minimum thickness.If Big Skinny puts one seam on either side, to keep the contents of the rear pockets closer to the middle, this wallet will be significantly enhanced. I'd be able to tell at a glance which side of the wallet contained my lesser credit cards, and which side had my loyalty cards and library card. And the overlap between those cards and the driver's license/main credit card in the two ID pockets would be cut down, so the cards would be spread out over the full width of the wallet.But don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. If you're in the market for a wallet, this is an excellent one. The leather is thin, but tough. Wallets, like belts, shouldn't be made of glove-soft leather -- they need to bear too much stress. The fabric lining, and the non-slip coating, are both very nice, managing to be both utilitarian and classy at the same time. (There IS some slippage, though; I don't think I'd feel 100% secure getting one of these wallets where the pockets didn't face in toward the spine of the wallet.)This thing seems quite durable, so it will be a few years before I need another wallet. Hopefully in the intervening years, Big Skinny comes out with Metro 2.0, and my lifelong search for the perfect wallet will be over. In the meantime, this one is more than satisfactory.

Too small to comfortably fit paper currency

Very slim, fits in front pocket fine. Ok if you don't need to carry very many cards. Main problem with it is it's too small for actual paper money. I have to really be careful trying to get bills to fit flat in it. Wondering if there's a slightly larger Euro-friendly version that would have the side effect of actually being able to comfortably hold American dollar bills.

Excellent wallet!Pros:Fits all the cards I used in my old trifold and is less than half the thickness.The leather is of good quality.Cons:The cash is a tight fit, but since I rarely use cash this is not an issue.The brand marking is larger than I'd like.Now I just need to decrease the size of my keys...

Great wallet. I carry in the front pocket and it is the perfect size for that. I carry probably 10 different cards, I'm amazed at how low profile it is. Also easy to access the many pockets inside. The divider in the cash pouch is perfect too, I use one side for cash and the other for receipts I have to keep while on business. Great product!

This is my second big skinny wallet. I had my first one for 4 years and this one is even nicer. I love this company!!!

Great wallet, nice leather. Do yourself a favor and use an app like stocard to keep your wallet thin. I recommend this wallet, money well spent.

Great idea poor execution, however I've only owned it since July and it's coming apart at the seams. Build quality doesn't appear to be that fantastic

The layout is great, but the material quality of the "leather" is terrible. Unfortunately the fabric ones aren't available on Amazon Canada, because I think I would enjoy that a lot more.
