As for this remote, shipping was fast, and unlike the other remotes I had tried with this goofy opener the remote worked well. This remote was simple to program, unlike the rest of the controls for this opener. I would give the whole Wayne Dalton product experience 1 star, but this is a review of the remote. A solution for this opener was hard to find, the unit is difficult to program, and the whole opener is inferior compared to others I've owned. Next problem I have and I'm replacing the whole unit.

I have no idea what “sheerness” is supposed to mean in the context of rating a garage door remote, but this remote lives up to all the other standards, so 5 stars I guess! Seriously, a great purchase. Super easy to program - literally 2 buttons. Works great!

Perfect replacement. i bought two, just to have one on hand in case we lose another. They are just like the originals. Easy to program, good signal, good battery life, they work great.

I had purchased 4 other knockoffs of this remote and they all ended up not working. This original remote was 4X the cost of the knockoff but this one WORKS! The range is excellent just like the original. Definitely recommend even though they are a little pricey.

Dang! I'm a 44 year old single mom. I usually employ my son to do a mans work around here. But since he was at school when this little gem arrived, I figured it out on my own without even reading the instructions and in only FIVE easy steps. Worked like a charm!1. Stroll into garage in only your socks.2. Flip open step stool.3. Press PROGRAM button on overhead transmitter.4. Press button on remote. (I chose the largest one for easy location in the future).5. Check that it works. Smile. Slam step stool shut. Walk inside.Bada bing!

It works ! But lately we were having trouble with it having to push it several times before it would work ! It may be its just the original garage opener from 2004.... The unit itself is old !

I’ve fought with this remote for months. It only works from inside the garage. I bought another one from a garage door dealer & that remote works from down the street.

It's a real relief to still find it in here since it seems like it is discontinued from the Manufacturer. And guess what! it is in a good working condition.

It works. Pretty high price for a simple electronic device though.
