Their little fingers are able to easily manipulate the beads as the holes are large enought. I will continue to purchase these every year for all my classes and department. **Q: Is 9mm the od or tbe height of the beads.  can someine measure the inner id of the hole width?**
A: 6 is the width and 9 is the length.  the hole is pretty big for me to fit a needle with twine in it to string the beads into rosaries.

**Q: Do these glow under a blacklight?**
A: I don't have a black light to test, but I would say at the least the yellow and green ones would. They're all fluorescent colors.

**Q: Are the all purple beads a light or dark purple?**
A: Its just right in the middle but It’s more towards the light purple but it’s not lilac if it make sense

**Q: Some beads say the are 6mm x 9mm. These say the are 9mm...so are these round?**
A: They are pony beads, they are considered round but they are not perfectly round like a ball...if that makes sense.

Good quality pony beads, they were perfect for a craft project for my kids, they have been used by my kids as young as 2 easily. There were a few beads that were broken, but it was a very small amount and I did not find any that did not have a complete hole through the middle (a problem I have commonly found in cheaper brands). I would definitely buy again!
