False advertising as the picture and description state comes with string and the picture depicts individually wrapped. But the box comes as a normal box of tea bags. Needing them individually wrapped for gifts, cheaper elsewhere for individually wrapped. Ridiculous price for standard teabags. Can’t get refund either

This was meant to be teabags on strings in a box ( at a higher price). Instead I had delivered a standard packed of ordinary teabags foil wrapped and no apparent way to return. Total waste of money

Looked everywhere for this tea! they do not sell in supermarkets with the string! Several people selling the same on amazon and says it comes with the string when it doesn’t! Finally find the right ones, decent price too!

Not individually wrapped no tabs and string. Avoid this seller. False advertising. Over charging for normal tea bags

Never tasted tea like it. Was a coffee drinker but now drink more tea

This tea is wonderful. Strong but not bitter, it sta b ds up perfectly to cream and sugar. I use sugar substitute ( in the yellow packet) in my tea. I never drink coffee; I have always drunk tea. This is richly friendly and smooth, never bitter. Stick to the five minutes brewing time. I searched diligently to see if it came as loose tea. It does not. I'm hoping that will change. I use two tea bags, (which are a tad larger than normal)in my 20 oz. mug.If you like Twinings you know they make a quality product. This is my very favorite tea, and that's saying a lot. Try it!

Einfach perfekt

This is an awesome product with great flavor. I especially like it first thing in the morning instead of coffee. The product arrived a few days later than estimated. The box of tea was packaged in an Amazon bubble -wrap envelope. Upon arrival, the envelope was fine, but the box of tea had been completely crushed and torn open. All the tea bags were still there, but the box is completely destroyed and unusable. Hopefully when the next person orders this product, the packaging will be improved.
