Disappointed!
Got this, and couldn't wait to give it a try, but was disappointed to find that it required TWO(2) batteries, and only One was included. Yup, only one. So I had to wait a couple more days until I could run to the store to buy one.Then, when I put the second battery in, it turned on for a split second, and that was it. So either the battery included was dead as a doornail, or something is faulty with the machine. So now I have to go buy another battery to test it.Pretty irritated that I wasn't able to use this right out of the box!

It's fine
The tweezers aren't the best - I will need to tweak them in order for them to hold a single hair.I didn't know that after the time is up after treatment, each hair would need to be pulled. To save 'time' from pulling each hair, I waxed the area.I have only used it once, but would need to use it consistently to see results.
