Literally the perfect bowl. I love the easy strap on the lid that keeps the food secure. I never worry about just throwing it in my bag since I’ve never had it leak. It also holds so much food! I love that it allows even warming in the microwave and if I put warm food in there straight from the stove it will keep it warm for awhile. Super durable, yet chic.

Pros: - Aesthetically pleasing - Not too heavy - Easy to wash - Cover for the bowl is so useful Cons: - Not leak-proof - Note that the top cover is plastic material I love bringing this with me to work and using it for our employee lunch meals. Since the meals are served buffet style, I prefer using this instead of the single use plates and utensils. Since I also have to move from the building to go outside to eat, I like to use the top cover to cover the food and can easily store it as leftovers if I'm not able to finish.

I love, love, LOVE this container. It makes eating lunch at work more enjoyable. I love that you can put it in the microwave and the food heats up well. I love the silicone cover that makes it easier to handle when it is hot. Everything stays secure when traveling. I have never had any issues with leakage. I have a bunch in different colors. They wash well in the dishwasher. There is no staining from your food. It really is the best container for lunches. I promise you will want them in all the colors.

The packaging was adequate, with plenty of bubble wrap ensuring the box arrived undamaged both times. However, upon opening the package and unwrapping the bowls, I found them cracked beneath the rubber coating on both occasions. Initially, I requested a replacement, assuming the damage was due to rough shipping. Unfortunately, the replacement bowl arrived in even worse condition. At this point, I have requested a refund and will be returning the bowls tomorrow. The bowls themselves are a great size, featuring a well-functioning rubber latch on top. The texture is similar to an Apple Watch Sport band, which I found appealing. When I first opened them, I was excited by their sleek and visually appealing design. I considered ordering another replacement but ultimately decided against it. If the bowls are fragile enough to break despite sufficient packaging, they likely wouldn’t hold up to everyday use. While I had hoped the rubber coating on the bottom would provide adequate protection, it is too thin to be effective.

Two things to know: first, these are not 100% leakproof. You will want to put them in a leakproof outer bag. They don't pretend to be leakproof, though. Second, keep this pretty silicon far away from greasy stuff like chili. That kind of grease will stain the outer cover, and it is not impossible to get off, but it might as well be. You can eat chili out of it. There ceramic bowl itself won't stain, but try to keep it off the outside. Other than those two things, this is a fantastic container. All of the w&p stuff is gorgeous, well-balanced for stacking, and versatile.

I love that I can eat lunch at work from a beautiful, elegant, wide, sturdy ceramic bowl. It’s easy to clean. Easy to open and close. I love it so much I bought a second. I’ve tried so many travel containers over the years and often end up just not wanting to pack my lunches because I get annoyed with them. This is the opposite. I feel extra motivated to pack my lunch.

I really love my W&P ceramic bowls—they’re cute and functional. Perfect size for leftovers. Easy to clean/dishwasher safe. Unfortunately, whether ordered through Amazon or directly from the manufacturer, many have arrived broken due to insufficient packaging. I’ve had to return five bowls to end up with the two I currently use, which feels incredibly wasteful.

We saw these while travelling in London, couldn’t fit them in our luggage, and then spent ages trying to find them online when we got home. We were hoping to find the cream version, but have been very happy with the state grey instead. A lovely warm neutral that showcases any colour food it holds. I really like the ceramic bowl. All up, I feel very civilised with my work lunch when this comes with me. Would definitely buy more, but wish they were cheaper.

I liked that this bowl was made of ceramic, but I missed the part where it said that the lid is made out of rubber so I believe it would stain a lot! Also, I was really disappointed with how poorly the lid fir was made! I think it would leak everywhere if I had salad in it !

I purchased 6 ceramic lunch containers and 1 of them had a bowl which had a larger diameter (19.3cm) compared to the others (19.2cm). While the 0.1cm difference may appear negligible, it caused the lid to cover the bowl loosely. The lunch container is not marketed as leak proof but the looser lid does mean that I have to be extra careful toting it about. Given that I've had 5 bowls of the same standard plus previously purchased 3 plastic versions of the same container, it was disappointing to get a bowl that was not up to the same standard as the rest.
