Much better for health than two piece spatulas! These are great, they are made well, easy to clean in dishwasher and are the right size for my mixing and spreading.

I've now used these spatulas for over six months, for more tasks than I had initially imagined, and I remain impressed both with their quality and utility. I like them so much I am compelled to share a review. I have worked in commercial kitchens and am very particular about the tools in my home kitchen. Quality is extremely important, as is durability and ease of clean-up. These spatulas have earned their permanent place in my kitchen. They are very well-made and the design is well thought out, from the metal core with thick silicone to their shape. The metal gives them resilience and firmness and the silicone is terrific for all sorts of cooking surfaces - glass, cast iron, steel. I don't need to worry about the silicone damaging surfaces, nor do I need to worry about the silicone being damaged by heat. I've used the spatulas in situations where high heat would comprise many utensils, including in a wok and while making caramel and hard candy. The handles always remain comfortable, never hot nor slippery. The shapes and sizes are ideal, as well. The smaller one is perfect for those pesky small tins, such as tomato paste. (It's also great if you have the pleasure of a child assistant!) Having both a square and a rounded end makes them versatile for any shaped vessel. The silicone is strong and flexible enough to get the last bit of thick organic peanut butter out of the jar! It's important to note that these are a single piece - there is no separate head attached to a shaft. This makes cleanup a breeze and is much more hygienic . As a result, I never hesitate to use them in situations like canning where sterility is especially important. Uses: mixing (even heavy doughs), scraping (tins, bowls, food processor, jars, etc.) , sateéing, stir-frying If you do a lot of cooking or canning, you might even consider getting a second set so there is always a clean one at hand. These will be the last spatulas you'll ever need to buy. You'll likely throw out any others you may already have once you experience how great these are.

These things are very well made. Heavy and solid and a pretty sage green. Very happy.

I ordered these after getting tired of looking at my raggedy old set of mismatched spatulas. They were the cheap sort you find in many kitchens and, I can personally attest, were not heat resistant. I will add that I purchased these with my own money, not as part of a free offer or anything. Enter my new StarPack silicone spatulas! Red is not my first choice for kitchen utensils. I tend to go for more traditional blacks or earthy tones. I know that StarPack offers a couple other colors but I figured these would be easy to find in the sea of gadgets in my utensil drawer so I went with the red. They are, in deed, easy to spot as soon as I open the drawer. My initial impression is that they spatulas feel really good in your hand. They have a nice heft and feel really solid, courtesy of the metal rod running the length of the spatula. I like the single piece construction, as well. No need to worry loose fits or wear over time. The first time I used them was for making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Not much of a test, granted, but it's a common use in my house. As expected, they had no trouble digging peanut butter out nor scraping bits of jelly from the jar and spreading it on the bread. For the second use, I put them to more of a test. I was making a pecan pie and wanted to get all of the corn syrup out of the measuring cup, which the spatula did just fine. Then, I figured why waste another tool? I'll use the spatula to stir the corn syrup and brown sugar mix as it caramelizes. Any one who has ever caramelized sugar knows how hot and sticky it can get. The spatula handled it without any sign of heat fatigue or stress. also made it quite easy to get every bit of filling out when I poured the mix into the pie crust. I'm quite satisfied with my purchase and do not hesitate to recommend these spatulas to anyone considering them. While I may not be a spatula expert, if such a thing exists, I am happy with my purchase and the quality is outstanding at this price point.

I recently purchased another set because everytime i reached for these, they would be in the dishwasher because I always use them so Instead of cussing i said "why don't i just get another set?" So I did. Why do I like them? ... nice weight, size and not flimsy.

Bought as replacement for one good spatula that was tearing after 15 years' use and one rubbish spatula that annoyed me. These are brilliant, strong, two sizes, comfy to hold, just flexible enough and are already getting lots of use from hubby and the kids (the little spatulas are great for getting all the jam out!). My*only* complaint was I really didn't need 4 spatulas so it would be nice to be able to buy these in twos (one big, one little). Maybe I'll give them to a friend!

High quality spatulas. I use the two larger ones all the time for stir-frying.
