Long term use
Worked great 1st 3months now does not work at all. Used on business line. Very disappointed in the fact that cord for whatever reason will not work properly to hear anybody or anybody to hear you. Unless you are holding in just the right area

Very comfortable
I have been using this since I bought it. It works well for making calls and is comfortable to wear. It does pick up other people speaking in the background. Since this only has one headphone it’s hard to gauge the noise cancellation quality.

Great value head set
I got this for work, and boy am I glad I did. It's very comfortable and a great help to have both hands free. I'm trying to convince my company to get these for my co workers.

Did not work with my Panasonic phone Contacted Vendor to determine if I needed another accessory and they only asked that I was plugging it into the right port which I was. Need to return.Update: Vendor contacted me. Gave me directions to program my phone. Love it

Good sound but it stopped working
The quality of the sound was good but the headset stopped working a couple of weeks after I bought it. The wire was too stiff & too long.
