Knorr Przyprawa do Gyrosa Gyro Seasoning 23g Bag (3-Pack)

It's the Polish version of Gyros. The instructions are in Polish, not German, as previously stated by a reviewer. This mix is very different than actual Greek Gyros. It has a smokey paprika flavor and is delicious! One bag of spices is enough for 1 lbs of pork or chicken or meat of choice.Mix 1 gyros spice bag with 5 TBS olive oil and a bit of water to make a nice, thick marinade, and pour over your cut up, bite sized chicken breast/ cubes or pork chops, whatever you like. Marinade in fridge for at least 30 minutes, it's better if you have more time, 1-2 hours. Then heat frying pan and pan fry the marinaded meat, sauce and all, until done, ca. 15 minutes on med high heat. I cook on high heat to get brown, crispy edges on my chicken. I serve it with roasted Greek potatoes and Tzatziki on the side, or in a warmed pita bread with tomatoes, onions, lettuce, feta cheese... drizzling a bit olive oil and oregano, or you can serve it with rice.
