2018 International Property Maintenance Code (International Code Council Series)

I work in municipal government and we have to have this book in house if we are ever questioned on the current laws. We have referred to this book the most since we received it. We have adopted this code, and in order to do my job, and educate the public. This is a must own book.

Great for work

Well it’s a code book, nothing special but is definitely needed when taking the test. This is not a book you just go out to read for fun. Main point is learning how and where to fine the information when you need it.
