Thicker and more Sturdy than I imagined. Has held up well. Good purchase

I got this for our 11 week old puppy, to be under my computer desk so I'd be less likely to roll onto her or kick her. She would not lay on it, but she would stand and dig in it, and preferred to lay outside it, which defeated the purpose. So I took it and put it in her crate. Although she had been fine in the crate before with an old towel, with this bed in it she refused to go in, and again did not want to lay down on it. I covered it with the towel, and suddenly she was fine with it, went in and laid right down! No idea why. I put a different doggy blanket under my desk and she took to that one immediately and loves laying on it. Apart from this odd behavior, the bed just doesn't seem particularly cozy or good quality, and is fairly thin. For the price though it is okay, and if my dog had taken to it I would consider getting another as a secondary/spare bed, or in a crate.

✓ The product arrived on time and in excellent condition. Well packaged, no damages at all!✓ My puppy seems to like this so far! As soon as I took the crate pad out of the box, he sniffed it for a while and then laid down on it. He looked really comfortable in it.✓ My puppy is a miniature Goldendoodle who weighs around 25 lbs. The 35x22 in crate pad suits him well. It also fits his crate perfectly.✓ Looks like this will be a good bed for my puppy during the summer. His other bed is too thick and is uncomfortable for him during the hot days of the summer. This seems to be of the perfect thickness for summer and using this, he wouldn't have to sleep on the bare plastic floor of his crate. He likes to sleep on our carpet and this pad feels exactly like our carpet and maybe that's why he feels so comfortable on this!✓ I haven't had a chance to wash this yet but looks like I'll have to hand wash this or put it in the washer on a delicate cycle. I wouldn't be using the dryer for this product but rather let it air dry in the sun. Because of the color, I'll have to wash this very soon and will update my review once I do so.✓ So far I like this product. My puppy likes it. I am satisfied with my purchase!Update:I washed this bed in my washing machine on the cold cycle and dried it in the sun. It held up perfectly and I've had no problem for over a year now.

The most durable of this style of bed! I have tried all the pet store ones and this one is the best of this style! The bottom doesn’t rip up like all the other ones.

I ordered this bed for my dog's kennel and it was true to size. I have a 4-month old German Shepherd puppy (Pippa) and I really didn't want her laying in the kennel on plastic so we introduced her to this wonderful, soft bed to keep her snug at night or when we are away at work. The problem is: Pippa hates this bed. Omg, she hates it so much.Day 1: she ruffed it up and left it all askew in the kennel. Any time we straightened it out, she mussed it up again.Day 2: She peed on it. I took it out, washed it in the washer, and left it outside to dry (I was afraid the dryer would leave the inside material chunky). I didn't put it back in to the kennel for a couple of days and left it out for her to lay in whenever she wants.Day 9: I decide to put it back in her kennel. She pees on it. *Repeats process*Keep in mind that this whole time the bed is coming out of the washer in pristine condition, and cleans up so easily. The only negative thing is that, although there is cushion around the edges, the part the dog lays in is pretty flat. There isn't much cushion there. I chose not to put it back in the kennel. I left it out on my patio, and yesterday Pippa went out there and went number 2 on it. Message received, Pippa. I threw it away because, to be frank, I'm not going to clean that up. All this to say that the product is made well and is generally easy to clean. The only downside is it's a little thin in the middle. I would recommend.
