Yes......lycra can be dyed......but in that case it may not respond like cotton......can use veniger to make the colour stable...... How many kg......that depends on what kind of fabric u r dying......if u use 25 to 30 lit of water.....u can use the half of 8oz bottle of Rit dye for light or medium shade.......full bottle for dark shade
