Very convenient with the light up buttons. I got this for my mom who has trouble typing on the tv with our old remote. I do feel like although you turn the phone to the side to type it does require you to point one end towards the tv connect really easily to the smart tv. And has been working really well even though it’s a bit cheaper than even our expensive remotes.

Works great. I lost mine and I was hoping I could find another one online. I am very with it except the front pad does not light up. So I have to use my phone light to see the keys or a lamp. But since the TV is old I'm sure that has something to do with it. (1st world problems). Fast Delivery and just like the picture. Thanks.

When I placed the batteries in this remote it did not work. There was no lights on the keyboard, no response at all. After looking into the the battery area I realized that the + cylindrical battery spring was not actually making contact with the AAA + side of the battery. I used a metal L pick and pull the + metal contact out a little so the batteries could make contact with them. Now it works great!

Works so much better than the original, plus the keyboard is soooo nice when searching Netfix or Amazon Prime.

It worked right away out of the box. The QWERTY keyboard is great. The direction pad feela awkward and clicks loudly. But it's very fragile. I dropped it twice and the battery cover (which wraps around the sides since the keyboard is on the back) broke in two places. I strongly recommend getting a silocine cover to protect it.

We'd acquired a universal remote back when we had cable. It's been years, but we've kept using the universal remote even though a number of key functions didn't really work for our Vizio TV. Finally some keys started going out, so I remembered and dug around for the original Vizio remote. It didn't work at all, and we were left using a bulky keyboard. Ordered this remote, and it worked out of the box (after adding batteries.) No set up, nothing. Every key works as labeled. Plus it has a keyboard on the back, so the full size can return to the cabinet. Nice one.

Seriously. Put some batteries in it and we were off to the races. Keyboard works really well.Yes it's made of cheap materials. Look at the price of it. Still works great. Just don't throw it.
