DialComplete Antibacterial Foaming Hand Wash, Coconut Water/Soothing White Tea, 15 fl oz (Pack of 4)

The product I received is excellent!

When I received this order today one bottle was completely empty and one was only 3/4 full. Two were fine. Can I get a refund or replacement?

Have found this soap useful in my kitchen and bathroom. Dial refills available for Amazon as well. Not cheap but appears to be good quality.

I ordered this item from Amazon.com, not a marketplace seller. The product came in a box from the distributor, Henkel Corporation, clearly stating that the bottles are "sold as a set" and are "not for individual sale." The box bears full details about the products including "Drug Facts." A cardboard insert inside the box prevented the bottles from colliding during shipment. The bottles have a large "Dial Complete" logo on the front and a small label on the back. It's easy to tell the difference between the two Dial varieties by the scent and by the color of the liquid. I see no reason for suspicion or speculation about this obviously genuine product.

I like this product a lot. I also prefer the 7.5 oz. bottle. I ordered a 4 pk. of the 7.5 oz. bottles at $18.92.I received a 4 pk of the 15 oz. size bottle for $16.04. Seems an obvious better value; however, the 7.5 oz. fits better where I need such an item. I don't like substitutions without notice even if the price is better. Please note on my file, "NO SUBSTITUTIONS.Thank you.

Clearly a lot of those reviewing the product did not look at the pictures of the product. They show 4 unlabeled bottles of Dial soap which is exactly what I thought I would be getting. The pictures even show which scent belongs to which colored soap. It took a long time to get to me, but the price was good for what you get. Hopefully, it will be in stock again.

This does not have a strong smell like a lot of alcohol hand sanitizers, and its not sticky like a lot of antibacterial soaps... for it to dry in your hands, you must rub your hands together longer than you would with the alcohol type hand sanitizer, but in the end, feels like you really cleaned your hands without washing them. This is an amazing price for four 15oz bottles ...

Bottles came without scent labels, I opened one of each to smell them but in all honesty, I am unable to differentiate which bottle is which scent, they both smell the same, and that is a slight disappointment because I sniffed the different scents at the supermarket before deciding if I like White Tea and Coconut enough to buy them here on Amazon since it is cheaper online. And there at the supermarket I could distinctively distinguish between the different scents, but not with these. I'll be keeping them anyways!

Ordered a pack of 4 , and received it with the 4 bottles loosely thrown in a box. And as can be seen from my photo, there are no labels indicating which bottle is Coconut Water or White Tea. Disappointed with the packaging.
