Let's Sing a Lullaby with the Brave Cowboy

I have 5 grandchildren between the ages of 4 months and 9 years old. I read the Brave Cowboy book to every one of them. It is one of the top 2-3 books that each requests (except for the 4 month old baby). The illustrations are fun, the story is charming and it doesn't get old. I just love this book!!

We read this book every night. Sometimes we listen to the cute recording online, but we have our own version of the song. We love every Jan Thomas book. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that this book is not made with cardboard pages, like The Doghouse is - because my kids are not gentle and are OBSESSED with this book! A more sturdy version would benefit us tremendously, but of course I cannot possibly rate this less than 5 stars!(My 10-month-old saying "Eeeeek!" as we read: adorable! Love this book so, so, so much!!!)

We love Jan Thomas and this book doesn’t disappoint - it is fun to read this book aloud (but be warned - it isn’t the most “relaxing” lullaby - there is screaming involved, if you do it right 😉). A good book for anytime of day or as the first-of-many bedtime reads of the night. You can listen on Thomas’ website for the tune. Enjoy!

I have several Jan Thomas books. You will not be disappointed.

This was my daughter's favorite book for WEEKS. She would giggle just at the site of it. She's 18 months.

My kids adored this book. My 2 year old 4 and 6 year olds have memorized it. It’s so nice to have a book they can enjoy And love together.

My 2 year old got this book from the library and loved it so much we had to read it 3-6 times a day while we had it checked out. It became her "bedtime book", so we knew it was one we needed to add to our collection. Cute story that kids love and the book itself came in a timely manner in great condition.

My daughter’s kindergarten class loved this book as a read aloud. I even purchased one for their class!

Used quality but it refects the price I paid.
