I loved these flameless candles. They were exactly what I was looking for. I had to return them the first time because some of the "flames" were broken... so I requested a replacement and once again broken flames. Didn't bother for a replacement I just returned the item completely the second time. It sucks because they would've been great if they didn't keep getting delivered broken

They are haunted. Sometimes if jostled too hard they turn on by themselves, that means bad thunder, too. They do take a lot of batteries, wish they were rechargeable. Other than that I really love them. I'll probably get more, both my daughter and partner have asked where to get them, too. I warned them that I think they are haunted, but that only seemed to sell them on it more. Personally, I'm hoping a Gengar pops out.

Super nice! Live the flickering look but one of the candles ( shown in pic ) the flame piece had fallen in during shipping or something. Going to try to fix it with some glue cus as you can see it still works

The media could not be loaded.  A lot of people have complained that they have a candle that the flame fell. I had one that did that and I messaged customer service that directed me to the seller. They promptly sent me a replacement. The timer, dimmer or any of the remote functions do not work on the candles but those are not features I was really interested in. They add the soft glow that I was looking for. The remote is only good for turning them on and off.

They don’t come with batteries, so make sure you have 18 double A batteries ready to go. 2 per candle. I only needed 16 because one came in broken, but it’s not worth returning over one broken candle. I’ll spend more money in gas to drop the box off at the closest UPS store than I’ll get back for them. The remotes (comes with 2 and they have batteries!) work nicely, but sometimes you have to change your angle to get all of the candles on or off. I didn’t have enough batteries for all of them so that’s why the 3 tallest ones in the back aren’t on in the picture. All in all they look pretty cool in the fireplace. I just wanted them for ambiance since we live in Florida and have not used the fire place since we bought the house 3 years ago. 3 stars because of the broken one & lack of batteries, so I knocked a star off for each problem.

1 out of the whole box was broken. But still enjoyed enough to keep.

These are BY FAR the very best flameless candles I’ve used. The battery life of these are literally 3 times longer than any other candles I own, and I have about 4 different types/sets besides these. I can attest to the battery life because I have all of my different flameless candles on my Dias Delos Muertos altar together, and I had to change every single one of the others twice already and these are still looking beautiful. Besides the battery life, they just look so much nicer. The outside of the candle is actual wax and NOT plastic, so they look realistic and very upscale. Also the flame on these candles are SO realistic when they’re lit. They look fine when they’re not lit in the daytime, actually much nicer than normal led candles, but they really come to life when they’re lit! My husband I both had to kept reminding ourselves that they weren’t real and we didn’t have to worry about them. I get compliments from every single person that comes into my living room. My oldest friend, who is super picky about things like this, immediately ordered himself a set. That was all the validation I needed! Grab a set. They’re fantastic!

I love these candles, they look great but one of the large candles doesn’t work at all.

Everything worked perfectly and they came in very nicely good packaging two remotes work great my kid loves them too

Candles are plastic not wax however they do a great job looking wax
