Excellent company to work with, prompt, polite communication and very helpful in the design process. We set it up quick to make sure we had all of the parts and there were no manufacturing defects so the picture doesn’t do the canopy justice.

I was nervous at first. The only way to customize your tent is to pay for it first and then you will go through the process of customizing it. This company was great. Very helpful they sent me pictures of a sample I was able to tweak it to what I wanted and I'm so pleased with my purchase. They are also responded to emails same day if not the next day. I would absolutely purchase from them again and I would recommend this company to anyone

ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED!!! From the start, the communication and mock ups were excellent. The order process was seamless and the information about production and shipping were not only helpful but accurate. The finished pop up canopy was shipped carefully packaged and arrived without any damage. The frame is robust and the fabric is strong. The workmanship is of the highest quality. Every seam was stitched and finished with excellence. The canopy is easy to erect and take down. The printing is vibrant and crisp. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to increase their image and expand their audience.

The frame is super sturdy and well built. It is pretty heavy, so it will not easily fly away. It did come with stakes for it. The seller had good communication and was on top of the design process which made the turn around so much quicker. Works well and it is easy to open. My only complaint is with the carrying bag. It ripped after the 3rd use but like I mentioned it is a sturdy and heavy canopy so that could be a factor. Since this doesn't affect the canopy itself, I didn't factor it in on my rating.

We love our new canopy. Now we have my brand name and logo on all sides. Really eye catching from far away! Easy to set up, very high and the white canopy really lets the light shine in for more of a natural looking colors. It does take a while to get, but vendor takes time to make sure they have the correct info for a great looking set up.
