Ordered one valance and then another. Same exact one. One is shorter than the other!

I was looking for valances in a particular color to coordinate with my room. I liked the linen look of these and the color was perfect. They filtered the light nicely, yet provided some opaqueness. However, the quality was very poor. There were numerous places of loose stitching, bottom hems were uneven and top hems varied about 1/2” from one valance to another. I happen to sew, and customized these to fit my French doors so re-hemed them. I also adjusted the rod-pocket opening to fit my rod more snugly.First picture is out of the package, second picture is my customized valances. Third picture is close up of the fabric.I would suggest ordering an extra pair, then pick the most evenly matched ones to keep. At $15 for a set of two valances, they are very reasonably priced, but no quality control.

Very good company to deal with. I made a mistake with my order and the the company fixed everything no questions ask. I will order more curtains for another room. (Different color)

Used two packages (four 18"L valances) on each 36"W x 34"L (glass measurement) window as tiers. Light filtering, slightly homespun look and feel, no ironing right out of the package. Very happy with them; simple prettiness. 18" length includes the header and rod pocket, so they hang a little shorter.
