It does not require phantom power. It may work with your laptop's mike input if you have the right cable.

No wire included but you can buy an XLR wire from AmazonBasics brand around 400rs. Be sure that this mic cannot be directly connected to a computer, for that purpose you need also audio interface like behringer um2 or a mixer for example yamaha mg808, depending a couple additional wires may be required.
