Out of a total of 3 possible bags to travel with, this bag worked the best. My dog appeared more comfortable in this carrier and I liked the fact that it was well ventilated and he could look out all sides of the carrier (my nosey dog). The different pads are perfect and for our travel, I had 2 stacked on each other for comfort. My dog is a 12.2lb Havachon, about 15-16inches long. He is only in a crate when I board him on occasion. The only reason I gave this product 4 stars is that cushion pad on the carrier strap does not give much cushion support. I had this bag go over my head and 1 arm while walking thru the airport. Where the strapped rubbed on my neck was uncomfortable. I may add my own padding to it.

I ordered two for my grown cats. They have both sat in them, the fit is perfect for them. The beds are nice and you can wash them, there's a hard piece to keep the bottom level and then the bed fits on top with velcro. Good quality and easy to carry both at the same time. Would recommend!

Went with my 5lbs yorkie to Miami for ten days and he loved it! He went in and had plenty of space and I even placed two of his favorite toys inside with him. I also loved the compartments on the side for his other toys and treats by the little window. It fits perfect under the airplane seat and it doesn’t loose its shape. It’s a GREAT BUY for the price. 🙌🏾🙌🏾

Got for a tea cup Yorkie. She does great inside it and is a lot calmer in this then the hard type carrier I think because she can see me and it allows her to see everything plus she doesn't feel confined. I also love that it came with 3 pads for inside in case of accidents you have extra if your washing one.

Got this for air flight for my Shih Tzu. He fit in comfortably & 3 pads come with the carrier. Only problem I had is that the carrier is not constructed well & it tipped over very easily while carrying it by the shoulder strap & my pup wasn't even moving around. I'll only use it in an emergency from now on. I don't recommend it.

Like that the material is very heavy.

Easy to handle light weight. Sturdy enough for a chihuahua puppy. Could use a over the handle of the suitcase attachment, especially for the suitcases that stay level.

It was perfect for a few weeks, but my pet chewed through the mesh and now it is almost unusable.
