I got this specifically to improve the taste of my RO water, and it did. I now drink a lot more water than I did before I started using it.

Dr. recommended this for me for osteoporosis. I think the dose of 1 tblsp is a bit too much for even a quart of water. I think it's giving me a stomach ache. Try smaller doses first and work up.

I found this after searching for multiple ways to help with kids cavities, my daughter is 2. I didn't want to put her under to get her cavities capped and not even fixed. We use it mostly before bed time, after brushing teeth. I believe this product along with the spoon tooth scraper (not sure what its called) helped harden her cavities and completely got rid of one of her cavities after months.
