Got this pair to replace my old Converse that are beginning to split in the heel after many years of regular wear. I understand that Converse no longer puts the star in the “o” of the logo (bummer), but I’m including a side by side photo in case you can spot any other differences.I only noticed a couple minor things being changed, like the tread pattern on the textured part of the white toe box at the tip of the shoe. The “diamonds” on my original pair are quite wide in comparison (see photo). Just another minor design change I guess.All in all, happy with this new pair although I will miss the star. They certainly smell way better...

Love my chucks! Wouldn't recommend them for people with any kind of foot issues as they don't really have much support. But they are my long term wear anywhere shoe. I just recently had to retire a pair and bought these to replace. My only concern with the new pair is longevity. My old pair lasted FOREVER maybe 10 years, of course by the time I finally got rid of them the bottom had no tread and the rubber was so cracked it was starting to peel off and they were no longer black but some sort of light gray color. Still they were perfectly conformed to my foot and the most comfortable shoes I owned. Hopefully the new ones will hold up as well. I was slightly disappointed in how much they cost. I could have bought them in a store for half the cost, but they never have my size in stock, and it seems like this is the average price online.

My first pair of converse lasted me 8 years before needing a replacement. The replacements I ordered, the same exact pair I previously owned, lasted less than two weeks before I had to begin repairing them myself.At first the white rubber lining on the outside began to quickly come off the shoe allowing water to seep inside whenever I stepped on the tiniest of puddles outside. A $1.00 bottle of super glue from Walmart seemed to take care of this problem and the rubber outside stuck better than whatever garbage adhesive was originally used. I thought this was a one time fluke, but before I knew it I had to systematically re-glue the entirety of the white rubber all around each of the shoes!I would’ve returned the shoes immediately if I hadn’t foolishly disposed of my old Converse, but it was too late and I decided to make best of this situation. Again I was wrong. Even though I had completely re-attached the white rubber to each shoe, water still found its way in no matter what I did. Many wet socks later I decided to give up on Converse. If I wanted my feet to get wet, I would’ve bought sandals.Converse used to be solid shoes, but ever since they got bought out the quality noticeably declined in order to save a few pennies and delivering an inferior product. I don’t know how multi-million dollar company screws up something as basic as a shoe, but they managed to do it.Save your money and get another brand competent enough to withstand small puddles of water.

The media could not be loaded.  When I received my shoes I was excited because I wanted to wear them on inauguration day. However by the time I realize that they were either knock offs or second quality, it was too late to return them. Please examine your shoes when you get them if you choose to work with his vendor and if all the tags are cut out, this means that they’re either secondhand or they are not real Converse. I may not be able to help myself but I hope that I can help someone else not get taken advantage of

Please do not purchase these faulty Converse. This is the second pair that I have bought from this seller with faulty design. In less than 1 month the sole has separated for the shoe causing any water to leak in immediately (BOTH SHOES!!!). My previous pair had the same issue, but they at least held out for a few months before it was an issue. I had also thought I just got a bad pick and it was a fluke. Save yourself time and money and buy from another provider, or purchase in store to guarantee a quality pair of these classics.

These were perfect. They came fast and are made well. Only issue is they are made a bit big. I wear 7.5 woman’s my whole life (dress shoes with narrow toe I get 8 bc my feet are wide) I got a 7.5 in these and they were a tad big. I could have pulled it off and worn them but they were a little floppy and loose so I gave them to my daughter whose feet are a bit larger and I ordered a half size down (size 7). I recommend these but definitely recommend sizing down a half size.

Got these in and wore them three times, all in indoor settings. They still looked bright and clean and new. The third time I wore them the glue holding the canvas to the sole simply failed. The other shoe is barely holding together. Would not order from here again, as I've never ever had this issue with chucks bought anywhere else and have been wearing them for 30 plus years.

I got these for my wife for Christmas and she wore them only to work for about a month at her office job and they are already broke. Contacted seller and they said it was outside the return window and offered no other course of action. Pretty terrible for a shoe with such a big name brand and a considerable price tag In comparison with some of the cheaper brand shoes I would expect this kind of shoddy craftsmanship. You buy Chuck Taylors because of a promise of a good product and the name definitely did not deliver.

Ich habe mir schon immer Chucks gekauft, aber mit der Nummer bin ich ab jetzt durch. Ich habe in den letzten 3 Jahre insgesamt 6-7 Paar Chucks gekauft. Alle sind nach wenigen Monaten kaputt gegangen. Der Stoff ist oft an der Seite bzw. an den Hacken gerissen. Beim aktuellen Modell hat sich das Gummi an der Spitze des rechten Schuhs komplett gelöst. Die andere Seite löst sich auch schon ab (siehe Bilder). Diese Schuhe besitze ich erst seit 6 Wochen und wurden noch nicht Mals täglich getragen. Die Schilder an der Hacke sind auch schon so gut wie gelöst. Was soll das für eine Qualität sein? Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht :(

These are very convincing fakes, they do look very real, and most people probably couldnt tell, the first alarm is the fact they were only £25.00, you gotta pay double that for genuine. You can tell from the bottom of the show's they're not real, the material on the soles isn't right and it seems to bow out. However for £25 they are still good shoes so I will be wearing them.

It may be just this pair of sneakers, but they are sized a little small both in length and width. I've worn the same brand and style for many years now so was surprised.
