The best hangover prevention and exercise recovery
Flavours are all quite similar to squash, you can dilute to your liking. I'd drink these if they had an awful flavour because the benefits are miraculous. Plus they don't use sweeteners and are only 1g sugar per tablet so they're healthier than berocca etc.I've used these after any kind of exercise where I've sweated heavily and this revitalises and hydrates you straight away - noticed a big difference in the morning after evening exercise since taking these, body and mind feels much better and recovered.Drink one or even two of these after drinking alcohol, drink it before you go to bed and you'll wake up feeling 10x better than without it.And finally, I drank these at a 5 day festival in the UK August heatwave last year, two each day and I survived the festival and felt great, don't think I'd have hacked it without Phizz.

Best Multiefferverscent on the market
After trying quite a few reputable brands I would definitely say these come out on top for being the effective for energy and overall health and definitely the best tasting with a few unique flavours. Albeit there not the cheapest on market but there not the most expensive either !

Look after your body
High quality multi vitamins. I always use them during my gym work out. They help with hydration and boost my energy levels. I feel great every day I take them. I notice a big difference when I forget to take them. Easy to use just drop straight into water I prefer mine with squash. Excellent value for money.

Not for me
I purchased these as I was advised by the doctor to increase my fluids and they recommended these. However on trying these for a week they are not for me, I did not like the taste at all and it would make me feel really sick.

Good flavour, good recovery
I'm on a huge fitness push so needed to get back in some electrolytes and vitamins, found these to taste good, they bubble away without much residue left and are easy to drink. Can be easily snapped if you need to fit them into a small bottle neck when out and about. Bought on subscription as they're very helpful.
