Just buy it unless you want something cosher or vegan, or gluten free. The stuff is amazing on chicken, and veggies. Salt, garlic, onion, sugar, paprika, corn starch, papain, and other spices.

Is this ok to use after brining a turkey or chicken overnight. I don't want it to be too salty

Delicious but needs better protection in shipping

This is my favorite flavor poultry seasoning. High quality ingredients, and non-existent heat, so my 7 year old will eat meat seasoned with it. It would be easy to use if the bottle had held up in shipping. Unfortunately it was shipped in a bubble envelope and got crushed in transit. I think the price is similar to what Rudy’s charges in their stores.
