I enjoy this very much although when in Vermont during sugaring season I had better and why do they quit making grade B?

Who Grades this Flavor Lower than Others?
Being from CA, we didn't care how Maple syrup was graded differently. Like a lot of people, we used Maple 'flavored' corn syrup for our kids, they didn't care either. But I remember syrup tasted better when we were kids, rich and almost woodsy. Until my wife and I tasted this 'Grade B' of syrup, we thought our palettes had changed with aging a little. We tasted this 'lower grade' genuine Maple syrup and Lordy, lordy! WE FOUND THE PANCAKE TEMPLE OF HEAVEN! This is just like we remember as kids. This syrup is just how it is SUPPOSED TO TASTE! Worth every penny!!!

This is not Grade B
Advertised as Grade B but it is A. I specifically wanted B. Bait and switch.

Great for baking
My daughter used this to make a salted maple pie for Thanksgiving. The taste of the syrup alone was amazing let alone in the pieā¦.perfection!!!!

Not Stated Grade B, Syrup is lesser Grade A.
Syrup was stated to be the hard to find Grade B variety. I actually got Grade A which is common. Grade B is supposed to be superior to Grade A with a much more robust maple flavor. I wanted this stronger enhanced maple taste to mix into cocktails. This is a great tasting syrup, just not Grade B.
