Tacco Full Length Leather Orthotic Insole Women Size 9

These orthotics pretty much do what they're supposed to do. Note that the arch is somewhat aggressive on these, and those with lower arches might have to get used to them gradually. They are made with a leather covering over a hard composite support. The benefit of these is that they fit better in dress shoes without taking up a lot of space inside the shoe. I have also slipped them under the existing removable insoles of other casual and athletic shoes for additional support. This takes advantage of the cushioning of the original insole while providing needed support. I've owned several pairs of these and they work well. They also seem to hold up over time fairly well. For the money, they often do just as good a job as much more expensive, or even custom, orthotics.

I have owned/ purchased six to eight pairs of these insoles. When they get old and ratty, I used them in my rubber/gum boots for working in the yard. I find these to work in both dress shoes and athletic shoes. The arch support is great for me. I originally used them in dress shoes when I was on my feet about 5 to 6 hours per day. But now I use them for boots, shoes, athletic shoes.

Very comfortable, good quality leather. I tried Pedag brand before this and was severely disappointed. I almost didn’t buy these because they looked like the Pedag insoles kind of, but I figured it was worth a try. Glad I bought these!
